Build an historic seed box and kick off spring gardening season. Participants will create seed boxes modeled after those used between the 1860s and 1920s. Decorate a box while sipping on complimentary tea and coffee. Participants willl receive heirloom seed varieties to take home and plant. Learn about traditional gardening methods, plants, and the early agricultural practices that shaped Montana’s farms.
