Friday Forum: AI in Education: Friend or Foe?

Mar 13

Free

In an era of emerging artificial intelligence, it is important to examine how children and adults are learning with AI and using it in everyday life, including social media, research, internet communication and online shopping, event organizers note. The forum features two panelists who work in education and will speak to AI use, management, implications and influences in higher education and grades K-12.
During the forum, Jason Clark, professor and head of research optimization, analytics and data services at the MSU Library, will give an overview of AI and address its opportunities and challenges in higher education and research.
